Soon after our 2015 migration we encountered a bug where items on the Clean Hold Shelf report had no holds but were being routed to HOLDS at checkin. After extensive investigation alongside SirsiDynix we have determined that an immediate fix is not yet available, but SirsiDynix will continue to investigate. In the meantime, we have provided a workaround<https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/66641> which has been posted to the Known Issues section of the SWAN Support Site. We will update the Known Issue log if, and when, there are any developments.
