Reminder: BLUEcloud Analytics URL Change

This is a reminder that the URL to access BLUEcloud Analytics has been changed due to a server migration. The new URL is https://swan-bca.bc.sirsidynix.net/bcanalytics/asp/Main.aspx The legacy URL will no longer function starting tomorrow, May 21st. While usernames and passwords were transferred, we have had a couple of libraries report difficulty logging in, requiring a password change. Please take a moment to ensure you can access BLUEcloud Analytics via the new URL. If you experience difficulty, open a ticket and we will assist you. Thank you! Complete: Hoopla Flex Launch

Dear Member Libraries, Reindexing Hoopla Flex libraries is now complete. Flex libraries will now see their titles in Aspen and the SWAN Libraries+ app. If you are not seeing a specific title or availability is not correct, please submit a ticket to the SWAN Help Desk. If you become a Flex library in the future, you must let SWAN know if you wish to see those titles in the catalog. There is a setting that needs to be turned on, and a full Hoopla reindex will have to be done in order to bring in those additional titles. UPDATE: Hoopla Flex Launch

Dear Member Libraries, Launching Hoopla Flex for those subscribing libraries required a full reindex for each library in order to bring in the Flex entitlements. This is taking longer than originally expected. Indexing and full collections are expected to be in the library catalog by the end of this week. Please reach out if you have additional questions. BLUEcloud Analytics migration delayed

Our BLUEcloud Analytics Private Intelligence Server migration is delayed. The migration was meant to be completed by today, but technicians at SirsiDynix have run into an issue that is delaying launch of the new server. We are told that the delay may be as long as a few days, but we do not yet have details. In the meantime, the existing BLUEcloud Analytics server is still up and running, so there is no interruption in service. Our advice to not create new reports while the migration is taking place remains in effect. We will keep you posted as we receive status updates from SirsiDynix. Hoopla Flex Launch

Dear Member Libraries, Hoopla Flex indexing is now live for all Hoopla‑subscribing libraries that have both Hoopla Flex titles and Hoopla Instant enabled in the Aspen catalog. No action is required on your end. Indexing may take several hours to complete. Both Instant and Flex collections will finish indexing and be available by the end of the day.
