Acquisitions EDI Processing Errors With Libraria

We have updated our Symphony server with the changes needed to switch from FTP to SFTP file transfer with Libraria. Libraries using Libraria as a vendor will need to update their vendor records. Hoopla Maintenance May 6 and Hoopla Flex Launch May 12

Dear Member Libraries, We have two upcoming Hoopla updates to be aware of. Hoopla Maintenance – May 6 (1:00–4:00 a.m. CT) Hoopla will undergo planned maintenance on May 6 from 1:00–4:00 a.m. CT. During this time, Hoopla access will be unavailable; patrons may see login errors unrelated to their accounts, reporting will be delayed, and catalog/API updates may be briefly delayed. A downtime banner is already scheduled to appear in Aspen during that time. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hoopla Flex Launch – May 12 Hoopla Flex will be activated for our library on May 12, expanding access to select high‑demand titles through Flex borrows.
