Hello SWAN Library Directors & Administrators- The June 2nd meeting of library directors and administrators next week will be held in person at the Oak Brook Public Library. This is a return to our regular in-person meetings for these events, and we hope to see you there for the 10am meeting. SWAN Member Library Staff, SirsiDynix notified us they resolved the issue with the Twilio service, the Known Issue<https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/91032> has been updated on the SWAN Support Site. SMS messages have been resumed following our individual testing at SWAN. Please let us know if you experience any additional issues with SMS messages. ILLINET OCLC FY2023 agreement - cover letter misstatement

Hi everyone, There have been some inquiries about a misstatement on the cover letter of the annual FY2023 OCLC agreement from the Illinois State Library. You can disregard the incorrect sentence "[your library] will receive an invoice from PrairieCat that includes the FY2023 ILLINET/OCLC Group Services Membership Fee." Your library will not be invoiced for OCLC membership-it is included in your SWAN membership. Please complete the agreement and return it per the Illinois State Library instructions.
