Chicago Public Library's RB Patron verification tool is down

SWAN Member Library Staff, Chicago Public Library is currently experiencing an outage of their online patron verification tool. While the issue persists, please contact the Harold Washington Library Center Circulation Department at 312-747-3163 to check the statuses of reciprocal borrowers with CPL.
