Good morning member libraries, The Aspen 24.12 release is live. This release includes several new features, including a "Year in Review" feature (like Spotify Wrapped for libraries!). This is currently enabled on the main SWAN consortium catalog and available for you to request for your library's catalog. Planned OCLC Downtime

Please route as appropriate. OCLC has a planned maintenance event scheduled this Friday night into mid-day Saturday. It will impact many OCLC services including: Connexion, CONTENTdm, FirstSearch, WorldCat Discovery, WorldCat.org, WorldShare Indexing, WorldShare Interlibrary Loan, WorldShare Record Manager, WorldShare Reports, and others. The unavailability will be for approximately six hours during this maintenance window beginning Friday night, 12/20 until mid-day Saturday, 12/21. SWAN Quarterly meeting - online only today! No power at Oak Brook Public Library

Hello library directors & administrators- I am sending this email in hopes of catching many of you that were heading out to Oak Brook Public Library for the 10 a.m. membership meeting. The library has no power and there is no estimate for it being restored. I will hold the meeting online via Zoom at 10 a.m. today.
