National Change of Address Processing

SWAN Member Library Staff: We have received the address change data from Unique and will be updating patron records starting today. The number of patron records sent for processing was 917,567. Of those, 31,349 were returned with address changes for a change rate of 3.4%. In preparation, today we have temporarily disabled the Symphony function to update Last Activity Date when a patron's address information is changed. Once processing begins over the next couple of days, manual address changes may be overridden by this update. Aspen LiDA (SWAN Libraries+) app is down

The LiDA App (SWAN Libraries+) is currently down. We are in communication with ByWater Solutions, who is aware of the issue and working on a solution. Missing titles in Aspen checkout history

Good afternoon member libraries, Our support vendor, Bywater Solutions, has informed us that some titles checked out in November and December 2024 may not have been added to patrons' checkout histories. We have more information on our support site: https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94780. We have also added an alert to My Account pages in Aspen, along with a link to instructions to manually add titles to checkout history. Aspen Boundless integration issues

Good afternoon member libraries, We are experiencing issues with the Boundless APIs, which integrate Boundless into the Aspen catalog. The Boundless app and website are not affected. To minimize confusion for patrons, we have requested for our Aspen integration to be turned off until the API issues are resolved.
