Scheduled Maintenance -- Rebuild Authority & Thesauri Indexes Sunday, 9/3

Good afternoon SWAN Member Library Staff: SWAN will be running the Rebuild Authority Index and Rebuild Authority Thesauri Index jobs this Sunday, September 3rd, after all libraries are closed. These reports do take several hours to run so there may be a delay in the start of the standard reports for Labor Day Monday, September 4th. The Aspen online catalog will still be available for patrons. Have a great day! Delays in overnight processing reports

SWAN Member Library Staff: One of our overnight processing reports ran longer than normal. This has delayed our normal overnight and our remaining processing and our reports are behind schedule. That processing includes: * Updating patron blocking for Fine Free libraries * Expiring holds * Resetting of Onshelf Items wizard We have confirmed that the long-running report has concluded and the report schedule is moving again.
