by Lauren Levaggi 07 Aug '19

SWAN Libraries - BLUEcloud Mobile Statistics are now available! See our support site SWAN-Wide Monthly Statistics<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/64729> to download. You can find documentation for interpreting these stats on our Search & Discovery Usage Statistics page<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/64809>. There has been interest in statistical usage, so we wanted to give you what we currently have available. We are working with SirsiDynix to learn more about these stats, how to interpret them, and how we can make them customizable for each library going forward. If you have any questions/comments/general inquiries, please open a help desk ticket - help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> SWAN Library Services 800 Quail Ridge Drive, Westmont, IL 60559 swanlibraries.net<https://swanlibraries.net/> * catalog.swanlibraries.net<https://catalog.swanlibraries.net/>

SWAN Expo 2019 Registration Still Open!
by Aaron Skog 05 Aug '19

05 Aug '19

Hello SWAN Libraries, This is just one last reminder that the SWAN 2019 Expo on Friday, August 16th is still open for registration. You can review all of the session descriptions and times on our "annual conference" page below. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meetings-trainings/annual-conference One quick note is that we added the option to register for SWAN Expo without using a credit card. You can chose the payment during the EventBrite registration<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/swanx2019-annual-conference-registration-56062…>, and from the "Payment Method" select Pay By Invoice. What SWAN will do is compile all staff registered at your library and send an invoice after the event. You can also register multiple staff as well. Check-in for the morning and breakfast begins at 8:30am, and the event will kick off shortly after 9am. We will be in Building M for this event (same as previous years), so parking in lot C1/entry via 111th St. is your easiest way to find us. Look for the giant inflatable swans outside our building. The event is held at Moraine Valley Community College, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills, and GPS/map apps should work just fine. You can also access the campus map from the above page, or directly from this link to the map PDF: https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Public/201908/MVCC%20campus%… Thank you so much to everyone who registered for this year's event - we are excited to spend the day with you! Hello, Athens has resolved the issue with the updated links for Gale. If you received a memo to update your links to https:// and to use the *gale.com rather than *galegroup.com, those links will now authenticate through Athens properly.
