We had a brief outage of our VPN service around 3pm causing all library tunnels to reconnect. Most reestablished their connections quickly, but you likely lost your connection to WorkFlows. If that's the case, please restart your WorkFlows client and attempt to log back in. The VPN may take up to 10 minutes to reestablish completely. We're investigating the reason for these long-running overnight maintenance reports, but suspect the issue is relating to an unusually high number of records processing through the update. Throughout the morning, you are likely to encounter errors until these reports have concluded including "Hatwrapper Exception" and "Records in Use." Additionally, many records may be unsearchable in WorkFlows by name, as this maintenance impacts our record indexing process.
Should you encounter records with errors, please make note of the records and submit a ticket to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>. It's likely these errors will clear once the reports conclude, but we'll double-check to ensure that's the case later today.
