On the 5th and 6th, your library will need to use WorkFlows in Offline mode to maintain checkout functions. This database rebuild and downtime is needed to accommodate incoming records from the SWAN100 project<https://support.swanlibraries.net/swan100> to add three libraries.

We are monitoring tickets as they come in this weekend. Many libraries are moving to a curbside model starting Monday. Rest assured that if your library is moving to curbside only service, the system is set to support that now - no immediate changes are required in the system. We will respond to tickets requesting change to curbside only service on Monday.
If your library is closing all physical access, including curbside service, we will respond this weekend as tickets are reviewed.
Please update SWAN on any change in status. We will update the Library Services Status<https://support.swanlibraries.net/members/library-services-status> page, based on your submission of the Library Status Update & Services Request Form<https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/yzt7btkgmo/index.html?1595018812906>.

Just a quick reminder of the scheduled upgrade<https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2020-10/82102> for Unique's Curbside Communicator on Sunday evening. To add some clarification, you will be receiving a new default password to your designated account email address from Unique's automated system. You can expect those password emails late Sunday night into early Monday morning. After logging in the first time with the new password, please change the password immediately.
SWAN and Unique staff will be available to assist should you encounter any issues on Monday morning, so please don't hesitate to reach out to either group.

Please see our latest news post<https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2020-10/82102> with details regarding Unique's upcoming upgrade to the Curbside Communicator tool.
This upgrade is scheduled after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8th, and the new version will be live by Monday morning, November 9th. Following completion of the upgrade, your library will need to use a new URL for the admin tool along with a new password, which we'll be sending to you directly. We'll submit additional updates to the news post as the upgrade progresses.
