Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer, 5/13 at 11:00AM

This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference. If you're unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site. SWAN Board Election - E-ballot sent

To SWAN library directors & administrators- The e-ballot for this year's SWAN Board election has been sent directly to those designated to vote in this year's election. The email will have a unique login and passcode for voting. Details on the board election can be found on SWAN Support-please refer to this page: https://support.swanlibraries.net/board-information/85634 The ballot will remain open until May 31st. We encourage you to review your email from the myDirectVote system and make sure you can access the ballot. SWAN Board election update - candidate names & statements

Hello SWAN Library Directors & Administrators- The SWAN Board will have 2 seats open for a 3-year term starting July 1, 2021. The self-nomination step is complete, and we have 7 candidates that have put their names forward!
