GMAIL service outages affected email bounces from Monday, 12/14 through Wednesday, 12/16. Those bounces should be ignored and have been resolved in our email system, so they will not repeat and patrons with those addresses will continue to receive notices as expected.
Bounces from Thursday, 12/17 and on should be considered legitimate bounces and should be handled normally.

Google experienced a global outage yesterday during the time that email notifications were being sent by SWAN. Due to this, you may see an unusual number of bounces from gmail addresses. You may want to suggest that your patron check their accounts in Enterprise or the SWAN mobile app for the status if their items.

eRC (eResource Central) collections in Enterprise are not syncing properly after a recent update. We have posted an Enterprise banner instructing patrons to visit the library website to access eBooks directly through the eBook vendor website.

Our scheduled database maintenance has concluded successfully!
All impacted services are back online and available for use. Please login to WorkFlows normally at your earliest convenience and begin work ONLINE Sunday 12/6. Offline is no longer needed. Our normal report schedule will also resume Sunday morning.
We will attempt to process offline transactions periodically throughout Sunday, but you can expect that all offline transactions uploaded will be processed during the Sunday evening maintenance, meaning transactions processed Saturday will be reflected by Monday morning.

Just a quick reminder - our database rebuild will begin this upcoming Saturday, December 5th at 6AM and will continue through the day on Sunday, December 6th. This rebuild will require the use of Offline and many services will be unavailable throughout the process. For libraries offering curbside service, we recommend prepping and checking out materials to patrons prior to the 5th to reduce the need for offline processing.
