SWAN Notice Dialer for PHONE Notices Go-Live on Tuesday, May 25th

Beginning May 25th (next Tuesday), the SWAN Notice Dialer will replace the retiring SVA system to provide phone notices to patrons opted-in for the service. Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer, 5/13 at 11:00AM

This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference. If you're unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site. SWAN Board Election - E-ballot sent

To SWAN library directors & administrators- The e-ballot for this year's SWAN Board election has been sent directly to those designated to vote in this year's election. The email will have a unique login and passcode for voting. We encourage you to review your email from the myDirectVote system and make sure you can access the ballot. SWAN Board election update - candidate names & statements

Hello SWAN Library Directors & Administrators- The SWAN Board will have 2 seats open for a 3-year term starting July 1, 2021. The self-nomination step is complete, and we have 7 candidates that have put their names forward!
