Unique Curbside Communicator Upgrade on Sunday, 11/8/2018

This upgrade is scheduled after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8th, and the new version will be live by Monday morning, November 9th. Following completion of the upgrade, your library will need to use a new URL for the admin tool along with a new password, which we'll be sending to you directly. Network/VPN Outage 10/7

SWAN Member Library Staff - We're currently investigating notices of a widespread network/VPN outage across our libraries. This appears to be part of a larger outage, either with the Microsoft Azure platform which hosts our server environment or with a major internet service provider. As of 12pm, the outage appears to have subsided, lasting only a few minutes. Most libraries have been able to reconnect.
