As libraries approach a return to "regular" hours we want to remind all SWAN libraries to review Days Closed Calendars. Make sure you have entered all scheduled holidays in your calendar including the major holidays. Having these dates in your calendar will ensure you do not have items checked out for those dates.

Please see our latest news post announcing the launch of the new SWAN Notice Dialer<https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2021-05/86156>. Beginning May 25th (next Tuesday), the SWAN Notice Dialer will replace the retiring SVA system to provide phone notices to patrons opted-in for the service.

Please join us this Thursday (5/13) at 11:00AM via GoToMeeting for an Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer<https://librarylearning.org/event/2021-05-13/introduction-swan-notice-dialer>. This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference.
If you're unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site. We'll also be posting updated details and documentation for the dialer on the support site in the upcoming days.
