We'll be posting a banner to Enterprise one day prior to the outage to alert patrons. *Resolved* Intermittent Web Services Outages on 1/22

We believe the issue was caused by a recent change to the EBSCO Novelist service. After disabling the service, the outages and excess load on the Symphony server subsided. We will be leaving the EBSCO Novelist service disabled throughout the weekend to maintain server stability and follow-up with EBSCO to troubleshoot further on Monday.
