Hello SWAN library directors & administrators- The agenda and packet for next week's meeting on Thursday, September 2nd is now available. This meeting will be held virtually. We originally did plan to meet in person but based on the pandemic in our region it makes sense to continue to utilize our ability to meet online. To that end, we will be using a new system for online voting. The meeting next week does include a presentation of a requested consulting expense as recommended by the SWAN Board, and we will bring a budget amendment forward for approval. The expense is outlined in the meeting packet and there will be a presentation and discussion. The vote will take place at the meeting, and it is interactive as well as secure. No one will be able to vote unless they have their individual login and URL. I will be sending out the individual voting logins on Monday next week. We will have an overview and practice vote at the start of the meeting.
