This maintenance window is scheduled to begin after libraries have closed on Tuesday, December 23rd. and is expected to extend through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as the indexing reports take several hours to run. There may be a delay in the start of the standard reports on Friday, December 26th, but we do not anticipate downtime for library staff. WorkFlows will not be available during the scheduled maintenance window. Our Aspen catalog will be available for patrons; however, My Account features may be briefly unavailable during maintenance. National Change of Address (NCOA) 2025

SWAN Member Library Staff: We have received the address change data from Unique and will be updating patron records starting today. The number of patron records sent for processing was 773,650. Of those, 24,352 were returned with address changes for a change rate of 3.2%. In preparation, we have temporarily disabled the Symphony function to update Last Activity Date when a patron's address information is changed. Once processing begins over the next couple of days, manual address changes may be overridden by this update.
