SWAN Member Library Staff:
We received a report that the link included in the Review Inactive Patron History List
email was still pointing to the old BLUEcloud Analytics server. We re-ran the history list
subscription for all libraries after SirsiDynix resolved the issue. We also re-ran the
Monthly Snapshot reports due to the email delivery issues some libraries were
experiencing. The emails for these reports went out Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June
11. Please open a ticket if you have not received the emails for the reports.
