SWAN is making a change to our Aspen hosting and support, which necessitates a server migration planned for Tuesday March 25th- Wednesday March 26th. Some features in the catalog will be unavailable for staff and patrons during the migration.
We have more details in our news post on the SWAN support site, and we will continue to share updates through swancom and the support site during this process.

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators-
We have our first Quarterly membership meeting for 2025 next week at Oak Brook Public Library, Thursday, March 6th at 10:00 a.m. The approval of the SWAN budget will take place in person at the meeting, with a roll call vote for representative from each SWAN member library. We have the budget details in the meeting packet.

The meeting will include a presentation of the completed work of the SWAN Board Environmental Scan Task Force. This group interviewed library consortia about their experience with different ILS and data analytics platforms. The written report is in the packet. We look forward to your feedback!

This evening, Bywater staff will restore checkout histories from a backup and merge with recent checkouts. We are hopeful that tomorrow this issue is resolved. You can follow our updates in our known issue on the SWAN support site.

Unfortunately, we have reports that checkout history is not displaying, or not fully displaying, for some patrons. If you are not seeing your checkout history, please open a ticket and share the account barcode - that will help us in our testing.
