Online Patron Registration Is Live!

Our Online Patron Registration Tool, powered by Patron Point, is live! The SWAN-hosted registration form is available for you to use, or you can embed the form on your own websites. You do not have to use the tool to register patrons or promote it, but you should become familiar with how it works. What is changing? https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2025-08/94935 The SWAN website has gradually undergone a series of updates over the past few months, with usability testing with library staff during this period. Please read the news post to better understand how the new site menu will work, and how we have removed nearly all our documentation to be publicly accessible and no longer require a login (some areas will remain password protected, which we detail in the news posted). Our goal is to lower the barrier to allow library staff to obtain the support information they need more easily. There will be reminders sent out next week as the change occurs. To membership- The SWAN support site is moving! It will now be located at swanlibraries.net. The support.swanlibraries.net URL will begin redirecting on Tuesday, August 25th.
