Scheduled Database Maintenance Over July 4th Holiday
by SWAN Communications 05 Jul '26

05 Jul '26

We will be performing scheduled database maintenance over the July 4th weekend. The maintenance window is scheduled to begin after libraries close on Friday, July 3rd and to extend through the following day. There may be a delay in the start of standard reports on Sunday, July 5th, but we do not anticipate downtime for library staff. The Aspen online catalog will still be available, though My Account features may be briefly unavailable during maintenance . Online patron registration will also remain active during processing. We will send an all-clear when processing is complete. Thank you! SWAN Library Services 915 Harger Rd. by SWAN Communications 12 Jun '26

12 Jun '26

SWAN Member Library Staff: We received a report that the link included in the Review Inactive Patron History List email was still pointing to the old BLUEcloud Analytics server. We re-ran the history list subscription for all libraries after SirsiDynix resolved the issue. We also re-ran the Monthly Snapshot reports due to the email delivery issues some libraries were experiencing. The emails for these reports went out Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11. Please open a ticket if you have not received the emails for the reports.
