We have multiple libraries reporting that searching for newly imported bibliographic
records in WorkFlows is resulting in a "Heading not found" error. You may
encounter errors when opening records in WorkFlows throughout the day. Please seen the
known issue<https://swanlibraries.net/issue/95143> on our support site for the
latest updates.
