Issues with the Enterprise OPAC should now be resolved. We saw a total downtime of about 15 minutes. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue. Tuesday Feb 9 SWAN FY17 Budget Meeting Agenda & Packet Now Posted Online

SWAN Library Directors & Administrators: Next week on Tuesday, February 9th at 9:30am the SWAN Board will host a special meeting at RAILS Burr Ridge for those interested in the fiscal year 2017 budget. Agenda: https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/2016-02-09/ag… The 15 page budget meeting packet is online using the link below, which includes the proposed FY17 membership fees and budget: https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/2016-02-09/pa… As a reminder to all directors/administrators, the FY17 SWAN Membership Fees are frozen at this year's levels as part of a three-year commitment from the SWAN Board. Those fees are included in the packet, just skip ahead to pages 12 and 13 to look up your library membership fees. The meeting on Tuesday February 9th will be an opportunity to have your questions answered and to provide feedback to the SWAN Board. The SWAN budget and membership fees are approved at the March 3, 2016 Quarterly meeting by roll-call vote of participants. The final budget for approval will be included in the March 3rd Quarterly packet.
