This morning, we experienced a short, several-minute spike in the Symphony Production server load average that caused many clients to disconnect from WorkFlows. The runaway process has since been corrected, and the system is now operating as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not anticipate additional spikes for the remainder of the day.

We've received several inquiries over a persisting "update needed" prompt after completing the upgrade to WorkFlows 3.5.1.1. While the issue appears to be sporadic, we have released a patched MSI package that will ensure it does not occur with any installations moving forward.
* If you haven't already completed the upgrade installations at your library, please only perform the installation using the latest MSI provided on the support site below.

* If you've already completed upgrades and are experiencing the "update needed" prompt, we've released a quick patch that should resolve the issue without uninstalling/reinstalling. You can also find that patch on our support site, as the "StampFileCorrection.zip"
