SWAN Libraries - The RAILS building experienced a core switch failure causing loss of service to Email, Phone, Polycom, and RAILS server and computer network. When the switch was rebooted, this caused a short SWAN outage. RAILS has restored service and will continue to monitor the equipment. Libraries should be able to connect to WorkFlows at this time.
