SWAN Libraries –

The RAILS building experienced a core switch failure causing loss of service to Email, Phone, Polycom, and RAILS server and computer network.  When the switch was rebooted, this caused a short SWAN outage.  RAILS has restored service and will continue to monitor the equipment.   Libraries should be able to connect to WorkFlows at this time.    If you are experiencing any issues please call our help desk number 630-734-5153, or send in a support ticket help@swanlibraries.net
