Enterprise Upgrade/Downtime Tuesday, April 16th at 2 a.m.

Good morning member libraries, SWAN has scheduled an upgrade to Enterprise v5.0.0.9, which patches a bug in Advanced Search. To prepare for the upgrade, Novelist displays in Enterprise will be disabled this afternoon. Intermittent Enterprise Outages / Holdings Display Issues on 4/15

SWAN Member Library Staff: We're currently working with SirsiDynix support to investigate reports of intermittent Enterprise outages and issues with loading holdings information. We expect that Enterprise may exhibit outages extending several minutes throughout the morning as we work to resolve the issue. SWAN Member Libraries - We've decided to restart the system now prior to our high volume logins to prevent this from being an extended issue. Following the restart, we expect the label templates will be restored. Offline should not be necessary - the system should be back online within a few minutes. SWAN Member Library Staff - The Symphony WorkFlows server is back online and all services are again accessible. The issue was caused by a brief hardware outage in the Azure environment. When the issue occurred, automated failover services worked to redeploy our system to another stable environment, where we're now operating. We'll keep an eye on the system throughout the night and report any further issues if anything comes up. Thank you for your patience as we worked to investigate the issue.
