WorkFlows Reports Toolbar Missing, Toolbar Inconsistencies in Old 3.5.3 Clients

SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff: We've received reports this morning of a bug impacting access to certain WorkFlows toolbars (commonly Reports) when using the recently retired WorkFlows 3.5.3 client. We've posted this bug to our Known Issues<https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/67163> and will update this case if any new information becomes available. In the meantime, as this issue only appears to be impacting WorkFlows 3.5.3 clients, we strongly urge all libraries to update to the latest WorkFlows 3.6.2 client<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/64760>. BLUEcloud Mobile Update

Tuesday, February 4th Membership Meeting Agenda and Packet Posted

SWAN Library Directors & Administrators- The Committee of the Whole meeting at Oak Brook Public Library agenda and packet is now posted online. This packet contains information on an EBSCO group-purchase for a package of subscription databases SWAN has arranged for the 92 public libraries in SWAN. This group-purchase is part of a year-long effort by Electronic Resources Consultant Robin Hofstetter. Robin will present the EBSCO deal at the membership meeting and answer your questions. There are substantial savings for many SWAN libraries already paying for EBSCO resources, and those libraries not using EBSCO should take a look at the pricing listed in the packet. Membership fees are presented as a draft in this packet as well. And last and certainly not least, we will have a discussion on proposed changes to SWAN ByLaws.
