Baker & Taylor Reported Issue

We have added a Known Issue to the SWAN Support Site for libraries that use 9xx to load bib files downloaded from Baker & Taylor. Reminder: WorkFlows 3.6.2 Upgrade and Installation Survey due Monday, February 17

The deadline for the WorkFlows 3.6.2 upgrade is Monday, February 17th. If you're unfamiliar with the WorkFlows client update process, please refer to the three steps detailed in Software Downloads & Setup<https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/64760> on our support site. After completing the client update on all WorkFlows computers in your library, please submit one FormSite survey<https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/mhhagv6sg1/index.html> to indicate your completion. You can check to see if your library has submitted a survey for this upgrade by going to the FormSite Results page<https://fs8.formsite.com/res/resultsReportCharts?EParam=bJeI6E3QIKARLoUmGbQ…>. (Click on the bar graph icon in the lower left-hand corner for the best viewing results).
