Seeking Membership Feedback on Clarity Report

Good morning SWAN member library staff: The Clarity Task Force presented at the SWAN Quarterly meeting last week. This membership group is seeking feedback on the written report it issued mid-November. The Task Force would like to know if the findings of the report resonate with you? Do these findings reflect a shared diagnosis of issues for the library consortium? Scholastic errors

Hello, Scholastic databases are not working properly with the Open Athens proxy for off-site access. Scholastic and Open Athens are working to solve the issue. The problem is with Scholastic URLs. I've been working with both of these vendors to get the problem solved.
