SWAN Membership Events - Going Virtual

Improved catalog help for patrons

Good morning member libraries, Check out the redesigned patron site<https://www.swanlibraries.net/>, which includes instructions for patrons on managing their accounts, searching the catalog, downloading eBooks, using Article Search, and more. When SWAN launched on Enterprise in 2015, we debuted a new site geared towards library patrons to help learn more about the new catalog. We took the step this year of changing this site to help new and existing patrons make the most out of the catalog and get help with common tasks. SirsiDynix Scheduled Maintenance - Overnight March 5-6

SWAN Director's and Administrators' Quarterly Meeting Agenda & Packet for 3/5/20 Posted

SWAN Member Libraries, The March Quarterly agenda and packet for the meeting on Thursday, March 5th at 10 a.m. is now available to you. https://support.swanlibraries.net/sites/default/files/meeting/20_03_05/6690… This meeting will include a vote to revise SWAN ByLaws. The revised version is included in the packet along with a memo outlining the requested changes. The EBSCO group-purchase that was introduced at the Committee of the Whole meeting a few weeks ago is now finalized for pricing. And of course there will be a review of next year's SWAN budget and fees which we will seek your feedback on. The meeting will be live-streamed, but we encourage as many directors/administrators to attend in person. The remote attendance is noted at the bottom of the agenda.
