SWAN Notice Dialer for PHONE Notices Go-Live on Tuesday, May 25th

Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer, 5/13 at 11:00AM

This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference. SWAN Board Election - E-ballot sent

To SWAN library directors & administrators- The e-ballot for this year's SWAN Board election has been sent directly to those designated to vote in this year's election. The email will have a unique login and passcode for voting. Details on the board election can be found on SWAN Support-please refer to this page: https://support.swanlibraries.net/board-information/85634 The ballot will remain open until May 31st. We encourage you to review your email from the myDirectVote system and make sure you can access the ballot.
