Hello,
If you receive an email from EBSCO about a password change to the EDS API, disregard it. Please don't make the change. If you did, don't worry; send an email to help@swanlibraries to let us know. The EDS API password is the unique password that we use at SWAN to integrate EDS with Enterprise. We will change them before the expiration date. Here's a sample of the email:
The current password used to access your EBSCO account(s) listed below is about to expire. To ensure continued access, please reset your password before the expiration date by logging in to EBSCOadmin. Notifications are sent to all library administrators beginning 15 days before the password expires. Additional reminders occur seven days prior and then daily for five days before the final expiration. Once the password has been reset, the email reminders stop.
Important Note: Even if you do not use the Username and Password to directly access your products, services using the EDS API Integration, like Curriculum Builder, may rely on the password.

We are currently experiencing extremely long run times for the Book X12 Invoice reports. This began Friday after our 2:00 PM EDI Receive Report processed over 700 files, many more than usual. We have suspended all scheduled Book X12 Invoice reports to ensure all other regularly scheduled reports run without issue.
We are working with SirsiDynix Support to identify the issue and will resume all Book X12 Invoice reports once the issue has been resolved. We'll post updates to the Known Issue<https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/85839> as more information becomes available.

We continue to observe failed scheduled harvest tasks and are still working with SirsiDynix to determine the cause of the issue. In the meantime, we've been able to run the harvest manually to update affected records, so this issue is no longer noticeable when navigating records in Enterprise. Records should be current to changes made within the last day.

The impact of this issue is catalog record adds/edits/deletes performed yesterday will not be reflected in the Enterprise catalog until our next harvest tomorrow morning. The catalog will continue to reference the most recent successful harvest performed Tuesday morning. Also worth noting that item availability and patron interactions with records will not be impacted by this issue. Additionally the Aspen Discovery harvest and normal overnight Symphony record processing are unaffected by this issue.
