Nightly Processing Delay - Please Suspend All Activities Except Checkout/Checkin Until Further Notice

SWAN Member Library Staff, We are experiencing a delay in our nightly processing. Until the long-running overnight processing concludes and SWAN has sent an “all clear” update, please refrain from all WorkFlows activities except Checkout and Checkin. SirsiDynix is currently investigating the reason for these long-running overnight maintenance reports. Throughout the morning, you are likely to encounter errors until these reports have concluded including “Hatwrapper Exception” and “Records in Use.” Additionally, many records may be unsearchable in WorkFlows by name, as this maintenance impacts our record indexing process. Should you encounter records with errors, please make note of the records and submit a ticket to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>. It’s likely these errors will clear once the reports conclude, but we’ll double-check to ensure that’s the case later today.
