Please see our latest news post regarding the upcoming SWAN100 database rebuild and downtime<https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2020-11/82708>, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5th through Sunday, Dec. 6th.
On the 5th and 6th, your library will need to use WorkFlows in Offline mode to maintain checkout functions. This database rebuild and downtime is needed to accommodate incoming records from the SWAN100 project<https://support.swanlibraries.net/swan100> to add three libraries.

We are monitoring tickets as they come in this weekend. Many libraries are moving to a curbside model starting Monday. Rest assured that if your library is moving to curbside only service, the system is set to support that now - no immediate changes are required in the system. We will respond to tickets requesting change to curbside only service on Monday.
If your library is closing all physical access, including curbside service, we will respond this weekend as tickets are reviewed.
