Hello Library directors & administrators- Just a reminder that the first SWAN Quarterly meeting of 2022 is scheduled for today at 10 a.m. and will be held virtually. https://www.gotomeet.me/SWANBoard/swan-quarterly-meeting You can also dial in using your phone: (571) 317-3122 Access Code: 593-454-013 Additionally, the packet was revised this morning to reflect the following: SWAN fee chart: the fees adjusted slightly for everyone, with Roselle Public Library District going up due to incomplete Cook County taxes, which have now been adjusted. The effect is the majority of your have fees decreasing by a few dollars (except for Roselle, sorry Sam!). SWAN EBSCO year-3 renewal: this chart was added after the SWAN fees section. We now have finalized negotiations with EBSCO for the group-purchase increase at 2%, which is lower than the anticipated 3% increase. The chart is after exhibit page 32. SWAN Quarterly Meeting 3/3/22 agenda & packet now posted

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators, The agenda and packet for next week's meeting, March 3rd is now available. This meeting will be held virtually-you can find the link to join on the agenda. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/88722 The March Quarterly meeting is when the budget and fees for the upcoming fiscal year is brought to a vote for approval per SWAN's ByLaws. We will make use of the live online voting system for the approval of action items on the agenda. I will be sending out the login information via the DirectVote Live platform on Monday, February 28th. I will send an email out via SWANcom after the unique login information has been sent directly to your work email address. If you do not see the email from the voting system, I suggest you check your spam/junk email folder. *Resolved* Symphony WorkFlows Is Down 2/14/2022

WorkFlows is back online and the issue has been resolved. Please sign in at your earliest convenience. We determined that the issue was caused by a malfunctioning system monitor and an over-capacity storage volume on the Symphony server. We do not expect any further outages this evening.
