The Aspen server migration is now complete. You can now log into the catalog and perform account functions as usual.
We are aware of an issue migrating over uploaded cover images. These will be restored by this afternoon, so there is no need for any action on your part.
If you are not seeing the option to log in, you are still viewing the catalog on the old server. Try restarting your computer, and if you still cannot log in, open a ticket at help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>

SWAN Member Libraries,
Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available" message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue.
PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved. We will update the BLUEcloud Commerce Is Not Available<https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94039> known issue on the SWAN support site as we have more information.
