As noted at today's Committee of the Whole meeting and in Migration Memo #5, today we have mailed to you a packet containing all necessary components to enroll with SirsiDynix BLUECloud Commerce and ProPay.
The due date for completion and return of this application is Monday, February 23rd by 5pm CST.
This packet contains an introduction letter with instructions on how to complete the enclosed application, including the statistics specific to your library that you will need. It also includes a pre-addressed, stamped envelope for return of this application to SWAN. We will not be opening the applications but sending them directly on for processing. However, we need to tally the receipt of these applications to ensure 100% compliance.

Innovative has just updated SWAN on progress. They began running a process to fix these issues this morning. Issues were reported with ISN, call number and keyword searching. The process is still running at this time but it is anticipated that it will be complete today.

There have been issues reported with ISN, call number and keyword searching. A high priority ticket has been opened with Innovative.
It has been noted by at least one library that this is apparently affecting Quick Click ordering by creating duplicate records.
We will share more information as it becomes available.

As we have done in previous years, the YTDCirc and LYRCirc fields in the item records will be updated this Friday, January 2, 2015.
The YTDCirc count will be moved to the LYRCirc field and the YTDCirc field will be reset to 0. The LYRCirc is not a running total but is a reflection of the 2014 circulation for that item.

Hi everyone,
The Items Deletion Report will be run on the last week day of the month, December 31, 2014. This report will capture the December 2014 information for central items deletion. If your library collects items deletion statistics, run your usual statistics reports by end of day 12/30/14. The actual process of deleting these December 2014 item records from the system will be run on 1/5/15.

This morning between 5:30 and 6am, we performed maintenance on our primary SonicWall firewalls that had resulted in some brief expected downtime.
Our systems are currently back online, but we recommend that you double-check some of your 3rd party hardware and services (such as self-checks, AMH, or e-commerce systems) to ensure the brief interruption did not cause a disconnect from the ILS.
