New YouTube tutorial troubleshooting your Mentor experience

++ Please share with appropriate personnel ++ Everyone - In talking to member library staff recently we have identified two issues that may impact staff user experience with Mentor. They are both related to the browser : * pop-up blocker * compatibility settings As to your choice of browser, according to SirsiDynix the preferred browser is Internet Explorer. However, a number of our libraries have reported success using Firefox. Lauren has created a short YouTube tutorial on updating your compatibility settings in Explorer along with how to turn off your pop-up blocker.
