The electronic ballot to approve the addition of Addison Public Library is now open. This vote will utilize the Survey & Ballot System, which sends a unique login to each of the 100 library directors or designees. I have sent that email to the 100 library representatives a few moments ago.
If for some reason you have not received the email from Survey & Ballot Systems by this afternoon, please contact me directly and I will look into the administrative interface. It is possible to resend the login information or adjust the recipient.

The Aspen server migration is now complete. You can now log into the catalog and perform account functions as usual.
We are aware of an issue migrating over uploaded cover images. These will be restored by this afternoon, so there is no need for any action on your part.

SWAN Member Libraries,
Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available" message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue.
PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved. We will update the BLUEcloud Commerce Is Not Available<https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94039> known issue on the SWAN support site as we have more information.
