SWAN created BLUEcloud Analytics accounts for each member library to help manage subscriptions, reports, and collaboration in your library. We asked library staff using a personal account to add saved reports and subscriptions to the shared library account. The deadline for this is December 31, 2022; all personal logins will be removed after that date.

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators-
The agenda and packet for Thursday's SWAN Quarterly meeting is posted. This meeting will be held in person at Oak Brook Public Library at 10 a.m.

The approval of the MessageBee service for all SWAN libraries will be completed through a vote to amend the SWAN budget. This vote will take place in person via roll call at the meeting, with 2/3 affirmative votes of those present at the meeting required for passage of the revised budget.
The meeting will include a live streaming via Zoom, and access is provided on the meeting webpage above, as well as on the agenda. The Zoom will include chat for questions, but the meeting action items will be conducted by those in person.

Baker & Taylor reported yesterday evening that services have been fully restored. This includes TitleSource360. We have followed up by restoring all SIP2, Z39.50, and EDI access to Baker & Taylor services. All operations related to Baker & Taylor can resume.
Patrons are still unable to access Axis360 materials through Aspen and the BLUEcloud Mobile app. We are will send further updates as these services are restored.

Libraries using Baker & Taylor services are experiencing an outage that appears to be similar to the one in August. We have a news post about this issue, and we will update the Known Issues on SWAN Support. This outage impacts Axis360, TitleSource, EDI ordering, as well as their entire support infrastructure.

We will send out a SWANcom once the Baker & Taylor services have been reinstated. There is no announcement yet from Baker & Taylor about restoration of their services.
