Delays in overnight processing reports

SWAN Member Library Staff: One of our overnight processing reports ran longer than normal. This has delayed our normal overnight and our remaining processing and our reports are behind schedule. That processing includes: * Updating patron blocking for Fine Free libraries * Expiring holds * Resetting of Onshelf Items wizard We have confirmed that the long-running report has concluded and the report schedule is moving again. BLUEcloud Mobile: Scheduled Maintenance Impacting Searching (7/5)

SirsiDynix will be performing scheduled maintenance on the BLUEcloud Search Service this Wednesday at 10PM. They are anticipating the maintenance window lasting approximately one hour. During this time, BLUEcloud Cataloging and Circulation will be down and searching within the SWAN Mobile App will not work. Our Aspen Catalog will not be impacted by this outage. MessageBee E-mail Go-Live Tomorrow

We will monitor the status of outgoing notifications throughout the day to ensure that the migration goes smoothly.
