Monday 1/30 - Record indexing issues still occurring

SWAN Member Libraries & Cataloging Staff: Over the weekend, our ADUText report, which handles our daily record maintenance and processing, terminated abnormally. We worked with SirsDynix to resolve the issue and although we made good progress, it appears we are still experiencing issues today. If you come across errors with specific records, please email a list to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we'll forward them to SirsiDynix for further investigation and temporary correction. Nightly Processing Delay

SWAN Member Libraries, Our overnight processing is still running, leaving the rest of the processing behind schedule. That process includes: * Updating patron blocking for Fine Free libraries * Expiring holds * Auto-renewals Acquisitions and Cataloging: please wait until an all clear from us before resuming work. Re: Electronic ballot for Addison Public Library now open

Hello everyone- The approval to admit Addison Public Library crossed the required threshold of 2/3 of the membership with 71 "yes" votes. The ballot will remain open until February 22nd or if all 100 electronic ballots have been cast. I would encourage those of you that have not used the ballot system to participate! Thanks again to those of you who have participated and brought this process to a swift conclusion.
