Long-Running Maintenance Report (ADUUser)
by Steven Schlewitt 26 Apr '16

26 Apr '16

SWAN Member Library Staff: We're currently seeing a long-running maintenance report, "ADUUser", that's tying up the normally scheduled morning reports. This report may throw off the normal timing by a few hours. If possible, please avoid submitting unnecessary reports this morning so that we're able to catch up. We expect the reports functions will be freed up once again later this morning. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Renee's Farewell Tour
by Kate Boyle 25 Apr '16

25 Apr '16

Announcing Renee Clanton's Farewell Tour ---- I assume most of you have heard by now that Renee Clanton has announced her retirement from SWAN. Her last day will be July 29th. The good news is that she gave us over 3 months' notice. The fantastic news is that before Renee leaves she has a parting gift for any of our libraries that are interested in an informal site visit for you and/or your Circulation staff. [cid:image003.jpg@01D19F08.A0AAADF0] This isn't your typical farewell tour, Renee's plan is to answer any and all questions your library staff may have about Circulation. Here is how it works, to request that Renee visits your library before her departure from SWAN on July 29th , you open a ticket. Please specify what date (if you have a preference) or the day of the week you would like Renee to appear at your Circ Desk (Monday through Thursday) and either morning or afternoon. Renee will then get back to you to firm up the date and time. First come, first served. Don't miss out on this golden opportunity, email in your ticket ASAP to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> Kate Boyle SWAN Member Services Manager 125 Tower Drive Burr Ridge, IL 60527 Phone: 630.734.5162 Fax: 630.734.5056 kate.boyle(a)railslibraries.info<mailto:kate.boyle@railslibraries.info> http://support.swanlibraries.net
