SWAN Member Library and Information Technology Staff: We have been experiencing several issues with user records, including duplicate users and new users not being found in the database. SWAN IT will be running a rebuild of the user database, which will occur overnight. This rebuild should resolve all of the reported issues with user records. Renee's Farewell Tour

Announcing Renee Clanton's Farewell Tour ---- I assume most of you have heard by now that Renee Clanton has announced her retirement from SWAN. Her last day will be July 29th. The good news is that she gave us over 3 months' notice. The fantastic news is that before Renee leaves she has a parting gift for any of our libraries that are interested in an informal site visit for you and/or your Circulation staff. Here is how it works, to request that Renee visits your library before her departure from SWAN on July 29th , you open a ticket. SWAN Member Library Staff: The ADUText maintenance report has concluded. Other morning reports should now be catching up to the normal schedules. The conclusion of this report should also resolve "HatWrapper" and "Locked Record" errors that were encountered on select items while editing.
