SWAN Libraries - The RAILS building experienced a core switch failure causing loss of service to Email, Phone, Polycom, and RAILS server and computer network. When the switch was rebooted, this caused a short SWAN outage. RAILS has restored service and will continue to monitor the equipment. Libraries should be able to connect to WorkFlows at this time. **RESOLVED** WorkFlows Outage

SWAN Member Library Staff: This morning, we experienced spike in the Symphony Production server load average that caused many clients to disconnect from WorkFlows. The runaway processes have been corrected, and the system is now operating as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not anticipate additional spikes for the remainder of the day. Staff may now resume using WorkFlows. Thanks again for your patience.
