We are now officially 97! The system rebuild has concluded, offline transactions uploaded have been processed, and VPN access has been restored. You are now free to connect to WorkFlows and begin normal daily operations. SWAN staff are standing by to meet your support needs. The most effective way to report issues or questions is by submitting a ticket to the Help Desk, whether through email (help(a)swanlibraries.net) or the SWAN OTRS Support System.

*NEW 19: we are investigating some issues with holds placed by patrons that were old/inactive which loaded as active. Please do not take any steps for processing holds until we notify you. As you check in items, process normally.*
All Libraries: Please remember that BLUEcloud Analytics harvests will remain suspended until tomorrow and may take an extra day to accurately reflect offline transactions. We expect BCA to reflect accurate data by Friday, May 4.

SWAN Members:
Voting for the SWAN Board Election has begun for the two vacancies on the SWAN Board beginning on July 1, 2018. The election will run through May 18th, and the new Board will be announced at the June 7th Quarterly Meeting.

as a news item. Please note that only library administrators are allowed to vote, and each library may vote only once. The deadline for casting your vote is Friday, May 18th at 5pm.

Continue operating in OFFLINE MODE only. At the end of your library's day today, connect to the SWAN server to upload your transactions. Access to the server is ONLY for upload of transactions.
SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff:
We've received a few questions about available services this morning, specifically with regard to PC Reservation, MyPC, and Room Reservation tools.
To clarify, for the current 78 SWAN libraries, any services internal to the library that connect over SIP2, such as PC Reservation, MyPC, self-checkout, AMH and some payment services will be unavailable today during the database rebuild.
External services that connect over Web Services or vendor-based SIP2 connections, such as room reservation, electronic media, and database services should remain mostly accessible with only intermittent outages.
New 19 libraries will have slightly different availability.

For library staff in our 19 new libraries: everyone subscribed to our New 19 News, your email addresses have now been imported into the SWANcom list. We will continue to send out communication via both lists.

As we head into migration weekend, we want to provide a succinct recap of offline:
* Most importantly:
* Offline for current SWAN libraries is Monday, April 30
* Offline for New 19 libraries is Saturday, April 28 through Tuesday, May 1
* During this time, Symphony will be down, and you will operate in Offline Circ mode
* Use our Patron Lookup Tool<https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/patron-lookup> to search patrons during this time
* Some Enterprise functions will be unavailable during this time (see below)
* BLUEcloud Analytics harvests will be suspended until May 2, so be aware that your statistics for this weekend will be incorrect until the harvests catch up
* We will send the "all-clear" via SWANcom
The list of services available/unavailable in Enterprise are as follows
Available:
* Search catalog
* Search eRC - eBooks from Overdrive, Baker & Tayler, etc.
* Use services that rely on authentication (e.g. PC reservations, event authentication)
Unavailable:
* Place holds
* Update personal information
* Make bill payments
* Renew items
* My Account will not reflect offline checkouts
