Long Running Maintenance Report - AM 1/23
by Steven Schlewitt 23 Jan '19

23 Jan '19

SWAN Member Library Staff: We're currently monitoring a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, which is creating significant delays to the morning report schedule. This report is processing a higher volume of records due to the addition of Green Hills migration data, and could extend later into the morning. As ADUText and the subsequent RebuildItem report process, you may encounter several errors: * "Heading keys need to be indexed" when accessing an item record * Item records are unsearchable by title (but can be accessed by Standard Number) * Various general indexing errors when accessing or attempting to catalog item records All items should be searchable without errors in Enterprise, and any WorkFlows errors should resolve as these two reports conclude. We apologize for these delays and will send an update as soon as the reports conclude. Thank you. -- SWAN Library Services 800 Quail Ridge Drive - Westmont, IL 60559 Email: help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> Phone: 844-SWANLIB (844-792-6542) https://support.swanlibraries.net/

Enterprise Search Results Holdings Update
by Dawne Tortorella 22 Jan '19

22 Jan '19

Follow our Known Issues log for all system updates - https://support.swanlibraries.net/help/known-issues We are anxious to restore the Enterprise search results display with library holdings. Please know that we assess the ability to coordinate with other projects on a daily basis and this remains a high priority for resolution. Currently SirsiDynix has started the process of loading Green Hills bibliographic, patron, and circulation data in preparation for the January 29th go-live date. To avoid problems with this data load, we are not able to turn this display on in Enterprise until the data load is complete.
