Clean Holds Shelf reports available

The Clean Holds Shelf reports have completed as of 9:18 AM. Due to holiday closures, these reports may be longer than normal. Also, over the next two days (Friday, 12/28 and Saturday, 12/29) there may be a delay in receiving these reports in the morning. We will announce any delays past 10 AM on these reports over the next two days.

UPDATE: NCOA Cleanup Work Remaining

SWAN Libraries, The National Change of Address (NCOA) cleanup project will continue through next week. What will continue 12/26/2018 - 12/28/2018: * Addition of ZIP+4 and consolidation of Street fields for apartment numbers What has been completed: * New addresses added as shown in NCOA database (12/17/2018) * Status updated to BADADDRES (12/17/2018) * Notes containing old address information (12/21/2018) The remaining work on this project will not involve status updates to user records. Issue with Clean Holds Shelf & Bounce Emails on 12/20

SWAN Member Libraries and Circulation Staff: Clean Holds Shelf and Bounce Email notifications were not sent to the library aliased email addresses (aaa(a)notices.swanlibraries.net) this morning due to an issue with the SWAN volume email service. The issue has since been resolved and Clean Holds Shelf reports are being sent manually now. We've regenerated and sent the bounce notifications as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not expect further disruptions today or through the holiday.
