10 Apr '19

SWAN Member Library Staff - Label templates are currently unavailable in WorkFlows. We have been in contact with SirsiDynix to resolve the issue, but it requires a complete halt of the system to restore them. We expect that the templates will be available for use again tomorrow. You can follow this issue on our support site at https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/66646. Thank you. *Resolved* WorkFlows Outage on 4/9 - Please login / resume services online
by Steven Schlewitt 09 Apr '19

09 Apr '19

SWAN Member Library Staff - The Symphony WorkFlows server is back online and all services are again accessible. The issue was caused by a brief hardware outage in the Azure environment. When the issue occurred, automated failover services worked to redeploy our system to another stable environment, where we're now operating. We'll keep an eye on the system throughout the night and report any further issues if anything comes up. Thank you for your patience as we worked to investigate the issue.
