There is a problem while trying to authenticate while off site to Value Line through Open Athens. I am working with Value Line to resolve the issue and will update you on the progress. Athens has resolved the issue with the updated links for Gale. If you received a memo to update your links to https:// and to use the *gale.com rather than *galegroup.com, those links will now authenticate through Athens properly.

In our review of users receiving print notices, we have identified and corrected some in-house records that were receiving print notices. Any notices designated for in-house accounts, homebound and outreach users, staff, and processing related users should be associated with a library email address. If we find any generic users with no email address, we will be updating these users with xxx(a)notices.swanlibraries.net<mailto:xxx@notices.swanlibraries.net> to curb notice printing waste.
Also note "Do not mail" in the comment, note, or name field will not prevent a print notice from being generated.
Please review your in-house users, homebound users, staff, etc. and associate a valid library email address which is monitored by staff with the user record.

SirsiDynix identified a malformed user record that caused indexing issues during our overnight process. They have resolved the issue and rebuilt the patron database. This process has resolved the user search issue.
