Batavia PL items temporarily non-holdable to other SWAN libraries

SWAN Member Libraries, Batavia Public Library is in the process of applying RFID tags to their collection. Batavia's items will not be holdable to other SWAN libraries for the duration of this process. If Batavia is the only SWAN library that owns an item, please feel free to call 630.879.1393 and request that they send the item to your library. If your patron wishes to pick up an item on shelf at Batavia, please feel free to call 630.879.1393 to request that they pull the item from their shelves. Freegal

Known Issue with pull lists

Reminder: July 8th deadline to request BLUEcloud Mobile app customizations

Some customizations have to be configured by the app developers, such as your app colors, and requests made after the July 8th may not be implemented before go-live. BLUEcloud mobile test app available

Good evening, The BLUEcloud mobile test app is available for library staff to preview your app. SWAN has scheduled a go-live date of July 15th at which time the app will be available on the Apple and Android app stores for your patrons. subscription database changes
